I say, I say, I was playin' Pokemon and raisin' up some new 'mons, you see. I wanted to train the Torchic and Fennekin that I got as gifts, but they just weren't mine. I couldn't nickname 'em or nothing. Plus, the gift Torchic is just so broken, and everybody gets it, too. And there's nothing special 'bout the starter you get from Shauna. So I decided to breed 'em and get my own two little fire starters. They both ended up hatching 'bout at the same time. They're like twins almost, with Torchic being just a minute older. Well, they actually are brothers. After all, they have the same Ditto for a mom.
Anyway, I was just sittin' there, tryin' to think up names for 'em. I couldn't think of any decent chicken or fox related names that wouldn't be too obvious. The only chicken or rooster I could think of was Foghorn Leghorn. It wouldn't all fit, so I just put in Leghorn. Now for the fox. I ended up naming Fennekin Fawkes Dawg. I didn't really want to name him Barnyard Dawg or George P. Dog, so I decided to go for something a little different. I mean, he's not a barnyard fox, and George just sounds too normal and plain. Besides, he's not even technically a dog, but fox is close enough.
Anyway, training them up together is going to be fun. I just hope they don't get too mischievous and start some silly feud. What's even funnier is that they have the same nature, Hasty. Leghorn likes to thrash about, and Fawkes is capable of taking hits. Oh, man, I can't wait to have a double battle with these two. It should be interesting. We probably won't win, since they'll be more interested in fighting each other, but it should be fun to watch.
And if you don't know what I'm talking about, if you don't know who Foghorn Leghorn and the Barnyard Dawg are, then you're seriously missing out. You've probably been living under a rock since forever, if you're clueless. Go look up the Loony Toons, the classic ones, not the new show. The new show isn't as good. You'll see what I'm talking about. Anyway, I need to go train up my Leghorn and Dawg. That should keep me busy for a while. Then I'll go watch the classic Toons.

It's That Time of Year
So apparently it's that time of year again, and no, I don't mean the holidays. I mean the yearly tradition of me losing someone I care about. Sigh, I'm seriously getting sick of this. For those of you who don't know already, my dog, Comet, has cancer. I've known this for a few months now, and knew this was inevitable.
